The hotel is set in a great location near to a great shopping centre. The deluxe room is new-fashioned and has a seating area, a writing desk and ironing facilities. Overall a newly remodelled and modern property, I will be back.

we had a wonderful stay at atura, enjoying the modern and immaculate room. the staff provided exceptional customer service, especially when they arranged breakfast for us even after the end time. the breakfast was delicious, with the chef accommodating our requests on the spot. the peaceful location added to the charm, as it was away from road noise and within easy reach of shops and dining options. overall, it felt very safe and welcoming.

As my mother paid for the room and she lives in another state it was painful to pay for the room via credit card they would not just take the number over the phone it was such a pain.

We were suppose to stay in a delux room. Not sure what was meant by delux. It was just a typical room, nothing special.
We booked at this hotel because it came up as 30 miles from Phillip Island. It is twice that far. It took us an hour and a half to drive from the hotel to Phillip Island. This lodging should not come up when searching for lodging near Phillip Island and it should not state that it is 30 miles away. There is nothing else in the area to visit.
